My opinion? I think Annie's upset because Blue won't participate. Certainly Blue was the core theme of thiis idea I'm sure.

Halloween is October the 31st. Yes prom is still on. Post your costume/prom wear. And include the name of the song you want played, as well as the artist who sings it in the version you like.
I'm sorry i got mad at Blue, I didn't understand it was against her religious, moral, and sexual beliefs to try and scribble out a picture. I wasn't demanding perfection (this time) I thought she might give it a shot. I was wrong, so anyhow... you can have someone else draw your picture.
Same rules though, you or your avatar in a prom outfit OR halloween costume. No nudity. This is Prom, not an orgy. If you want an orgy, visit every other thread.

I don't know. You stuck your nose in when I went to test Vixen in her Goddesshood hazing. I do that for a reason, but you spoiled it. So i can't recognize Vixen as a Goddess until she's properly hazed. Good work!!
