Take your best shot!

I've been making comments on other people's art for a couple months, so I figured it was time for payback.  ;D I haven't drawn for years, but the work in the Forum has inspired me to start again. Except for the first one, the following images are what I've done since I joined two months ago.

This is how I felt when I came here-

My first attempt at digital color was one of JAB's pieces-

Jaded_Blue was eager for a drawing of her mystery man, so I came up with this-

Enigmawing has such a cute "Squeee!" over Pirates, so I had to do this-

The Valentine's Day card came next. Here's my original sketch-

There was no nudity in that, so I changed to this (Thanks to everyone who voted for my entry!)

OnlyAnnie started drawing, so I colored one of hers-

I wanted to practice more on figures and I just got CS, so I tried this-

Blue's favorite song is "You Are My Sunshine" and I love EW's work, so this came next-

Well bro, Im gonna reckon that no one is goint to throw anything but fuzzy darts in here!  So if you were bracing for the steel tipped kind, well the skill you put out in each pic just puts those away.

I like each of your works, and most of them are doubly great since I know where they came from!  Its great to see you takin the well deserved cred!

aperson- Thanks for your comments. I'm just learning, but I only have CS, not CS 2. I took the easy way out on the blouse for now, just hitting highlights and shadows...it was a quick sketch that I should have refined better. I could also have blended the lines on the skirt better by using a similar color, but those are all learning stages that I can apply to later work. I'm going to try to digitally ink the sketch this time. The full size original looks like swiss cheese on the lines.

Meph- You know from chat how much I admire your work and you give great suggestions to the preliminary stuff posted there. You have a great imagination.

idic- I'm glad to see you back again and thanks. I hope your link problems get fixed soon. I like your sense of humor and your philosophy threads.
