god dammit, after so many attempts to finish a collaboration contest it always ends up with my artist unable to finish the drawing

1) For voting, what will prevent 'alt' names from voting? (eg. JKR666, JKR666999, JKR69, JKR69669669)
2) Are multiple entries allowed? (eg. JKR666 and Jaded Blue, JKR666 and JAB, JKR666 and Rickfields)
3) Will paypal be a form of payout?
4) Can JKR get his payment now? Because we already know he's won.

1.. No matter how many names you have or how many alternating IPs.. you only will be allowed two votes per any ip that has ever matched up with any name. This gets confusing if I try to explain it, suffice it to say.. this is covered.
2.. The same team cannot submit more than one entry, but you may be on (up to) two different teams.
3.. Yes.
4.. No.
