This was a great idea Blue. It's always interesting to see how different each of our visions are. Already we have a wide varied set of colors posted, and Bedpan really did an awesome job with Nurse Blue, looks hot, hot, hot! Hampmac no need to worry, you did fantastic, and if this is your first attempt then that makes it all the more outstanding. Love that you made the girl our beloved Blue! Blue, your color scheme is perfect! You've come a long way with your coloring and it really shows. I've always told you you have a great eye for color and I'm sure everyone would agree you kick ass!

Well here's my version of Rick's girl, the little squares on the side are the colors I used to color this pic (I didn't include the background and clothes color), Anyway I hope you like it. see you tomorrow

Thanks Bedpan, yeah I've been trying to do a tutorial but it takes a lot of time, I hope I finish it some day, in the mean time all I can say is that I just  use the airbrush brush in photoshop and play with the size and opacity to the the soft transitions, for highlughts and shadows is pretty much the same but I also use a lot the finguer tool (I also change constantly the size and intensity of it). For glossy highlights (like the one on the eyes) I use a layer on top of everything. I hope this help you to get an idea of what I do.

My very first digital color it. I use Alias Sketchbook Pro and some minor work in Photoshop 3.0
I still learning and trying get use it softwares...  ::)
