[Elysium Bliss]

Just thought It would be interesting to see the what ifs, and, or could have beens. I know I have quite a few scenes that never got off the ground and I'd love to share them with you. If you have any then this is the place to post them.

This was the original version of the E vs E pic. I didn't like it because it seemed to stiff and just bleh!

This scene was very early on in the war, and I challenged Mem to a fight. He brought his mammoth and I brought my full on Xena gear. It never happened because He and Hatter fought instead, the result of which sent Memo apparently to his death. He didn't die though, he was merely in a coma.

This scene was just prior to Hatter revealing himself as Shaggy B without consulting me. I was in the dark about his planning. Grimlin tries to extract the location of the Good base from a captured Slim, who was supposed to be imagining himself pleasuring you know who. Notice Kat forming from behind Grimlin in the lower panel. I was ready to bring her into the action with this page as this scene would have led to a full on assault on the good base leaving them in disarray. From here my ideas were very epic and full of action and plot developments.

[Elysium Bliss]

After Hatter shocked me with the revelation he had switched sides as Shaggy B I drew this page of what might have been the last stand of the remaining villains. Some villains had yet to be drawn but at the time we were outnumbered. I wanted to show we were ready to charge with courage and die on our feet if we had to! Bliss is wearing pirate gear of course.

After cumming to death thanks to Neurotica's black magic Bliss was sent to the underworld. In a segment Drawn by Revlis a ghostly Bliss must appease the body demon to ascend to the world of the living. This scene takes place shortly afterwards with Bliss bragging about how she outwitted the demon before taking possession of Bivouc. Using his body she would have infiltrated the Good base eliminating unsuspecting goodie after goodie before finally bursting out from Biv sending him splattering into chunks and possessing E's kitty, Koji. Manipulating his magic Bliss would have reformed herself into a darker more sinister version and confront Enigma in a climactic showdown of magic and sorcery. It never happened because many of the characters I had planned to use were eliminated in the rampage that was going on at the time. I asked Baw if he would draw me killing Bivouc and he kindly did.

Shortly after Baw's rampage he was eliminated by GI Jeff. Witnessing his demise Bliss becomes enraged and showcases the magnitude of her power...

The end result was Bliss using her power to erupt Jeff's head sending him and the flying tank crashing into the battlefield. It wasn't used because I knew I couldn't keep up with the rampage that was in full swing so I asked Libby if he would Kill Jeff instead.

I've said before how sorry I am that so many great ideas got cut out from under you.  We'll be more organized and orderly in the next war.  ;D

I am so glad you decided to share these unfinished works with us.  It really is like the deleted or bonus scenes on a DVD.  If you have anymore I hope you'll share them with us as well.  I for one love seeing any of your superb work, finished or not.

Thanks everyone for showing an interest in what at the moment just felt like wasted time to me. Believe me there were even more stories, and action I hadn't even committed to pencil before they had to be abandoned due to the ever changing landscape of the warzone. I regret not finishing the Vibor/Bliss story with a satisfying conclusion, or wrapping up some loose ends some of the other characters plotted and planned together with myself.

Much frustration of being left out of the planning development forced my hand, and I eventually asked Blue if she would enjoy a brawl strictly between the two of us, no one interfering or the like. I was thrilled she agreed! We plotted and planned and tried to come up with something that was unexpected yet entertaining. Many endings were tossed around and still to this day I feel it's sadly lacking a climax worthy of such a titanic struggle. Events unfold very quickly and unfortunately I'm not as fast as many of the other artists so we agreed to cut things short.

As for the heads up idea. I actually did on many occasions ask for some room. Then after an unpleasant development that has since been resolved and tossed away I realized who was I to stop somebody else from having fun just for my sake? The only other suggestion really would be if you realize someone is in the middle of something maybe just ask what they have planned and work it from there.

Do I still want to collaborate with Enigmawing on a climactic battle of sorcery and utilize the Koji/Bliss storyline? Of course I do, but I can't stop anyone else from doing the same thing. Jeff is using E, Kalcium is as well, I can't expect them to revolve around me, they have ideas too, and I'm not about to have what was done to me on many occasions done to anyone else.

Great work, Bliss.  I can't wait to see what some of your other plots-that-never-came-to-be look like.  Not to mention the works of some others.  I have a few I didn't get to post.  What a great thread idea!  ;D

Jeff, those are pretty damn impressive.  man i would have loved to see those finalized. (great parody work too, btw LOL)

Here's one that i had started right when steve came back.  It was just before he unvieled his new persona to the world.  But the big reason i didn't complete it was after finding out the semi-famous Ray Gun had already been mentioned in the first few posts for the war.  Oh Well, now, like GI Jeff said... It has a home...
