There are so many GREAT lines in comics, I can't even remember them all. Here's one of my more recent favorites though, from Joss Whedon's Astonishing X-Men:
Cyclops: "Kitty thinks you're controlling my mind."
Emma Frost: "Ridiculous."
Cyclops: "But you're not, right?"
