Looks like a tool for doodlers and scribblers but not artists.

Yeah. Go for the Cintiq. I don't think the Inkling is an serious artist tool. More of a portable doodler.

I was looking for it on the web, not available yet, amazon might have it in the future. The suggested retail price is 199.99. The price kind of put me off :thumbsdown_anim: . It's like an over priced digital notepad. If the price is lower than 150, maybe I'd buy it.

Scratch that, I'll go for the Cintiq!

It sounds like more of a proof of concept that they are putting to market.

I'd love to see one of these products that you can attach to your monitor. That would be cool. Turn your 24" LCD panel into a Cintiq for $1.99!

headed to fry's tomorrow. there is a chance i will pick up a 21UX

possibly craigslist, $1700 seems to be the best price. i wonder if they accept paypal. (who carries 1700 in cash?)

i dunno. maybe. if the 24 is $700 more, and it's -that- awesome...

would take care of my recreation during the week

Since the 21UX and 24HD is out of stock, the price seemed to have jumped through the retailers. On Craigslist ask if the 21UX is first gen or second gen. I found that the 1st gens go for around $1500 and the second gens for $1700.

Dude... I'm excited for you!
