Make sure he has your entry ( and not the thumbnails). At this point, webs is setting up the contest. It'll take a while considering the amount of pages he has to work with (42-56 pages at once).

How its worked in the past is that Webs posts it to the members section of the website and the members get one month to vote on the entry of their choice. After the end of the month of voting, Webs will post the results in the forums. If you win a prize, you will be contacted through your forum messenger with your prize. There is a lot more for Webs to process this time around but usually the process gets started very shortly after the contest deadline.
