I was wondering if there are any movies out there that resemble the action going on in Ay Papi or in Farm Lessons or in My Hotass Neighbor. But to really appear genuine and to be carried out convincingly in the terms of acting.

Not to denigrate the folks working in porn films, but you're asking for a porn film . . . and the last criteria you give pretty much drops your search down to zero. Still, it's a good question. And to offer some helpful advice (to keep it from being off-topic), I'd suggest searching some Japanese AV forums, since Japanese AV tends to be a bit more diverse and creative with their porn.

I have seen some Japanese incest porn. But the acting is well shitty to say the least. I don't recommend it. Also the German porn like to make incest video but again it sucks. Come to think of it most of the story lines and acting in any incest porn is dam shitty. Stick to reading Jab comixs.

It may not be what you're looking for, but if it's the family thing try The New Neighbors that came out in 2007. It's got a demonic angle but it doesn't take away from it.
