THEME - JAB comic Prequel
An artist and writer must partner up and create a 5-7 page mini-comic depicting their version of a prequel to one of JABcomix's original series (ie, Ay Papi, MHN, Farm Lessons, Omega Girl, etc)
PRIZES:
1ST PLACE: Both the artist and writer will each receive a free 1 YEAR membership to jabcomix and the envy of everyone!
2ND PLACE: Both the artist and writer will each receive a free 6 MONTH membership to jabcomix, the envy of the 3rd place winner, and everyone else who entered but did not win.
3RD PLACE: Both the artist and writer will each receive a free 3 MONTH membership to jabcomix and the envy of everyone else who entered but did not win.
Rules:
1) No stolen artwork. All artwork must be original.
2) B/W or colored is acceptable
3) Limit each page to under 1MB (preferably) and keep it in jpg format. If too large we will resize and optimize.
4) Limit one entry per contestant
5) Entry deadline is October 31, 2011 (11:59pm EST).
6) All entries will be permanently posted in the Member's Area. By submitting an entry you acknowledge and allow your work to be used on our site.
7) Voting on the contest entries will be done in the Members Area by online Poll.
8) If less than 4 teams participate in this contest we may extend the deadline date to allow for more entries.

TEAM LOVE HATERS
Slow but steady, the trans-Atlantic team of Mavruda and fannum has made port ... not winning the race, but keeping to schedule.
We read between the lines of JAB's excellent comics and teaser hints, and here are some of our thoughts on some Ay Papi origins ... and a bit more!
