The simple answer to your question is that the art is done by an Artist... not entirely by a machine. I hope that helps.
I perfectly know that... but again, I'm curious about reasons of differences and if there are new tecniques or not.
I think I can ask about that.
And again I love AP and Jab's art.

I personally don't see a decline in quality, in fact I see quite the opposite, I see progression. Compare the first issues of AP to the latest and tell me there isn't an improvement. Maybe that one is too easy, so try a comparison to AP 11 to the latest. Still quite an improvement. The lines flow with boldness and a rounded sense, there is a lot more energy infused on the page, the colors are rich and warm with textures in the trees and on the walls, the amount of detail on each page is remarkable much in the same way they are in the last installment of MHAN. As I have said I really don't see anything in a decline of quality from my perspective but if you do then understand JKR has a valid point, no one is infallible.
I agree with you. But I was speaking about AP 14 and AP 15 not AP 11.
I agree with the point of view of JKR

I can only really speak for the color when commenting about the quality of Ay Papi 15. I think the main thing is issue 15 is the second episode I colored, so if you preferred or were really comfortable with the previous colorist (I think it was Rick) my last two issues will be different. Not better, not worse probably, just different. In comparing 14 and 15, the main difference is I wanted 14 to be a very dark, dirty, and kinda nefarious because it takes place in a topless bar. Not one of those beautiful topless bars in the movies, I'm talking about that trashy joint around the corner from your cousin's house. Half of issue 15 takes place outside in a beautiful park where the kids play and have fun etc. Huge storytelling difference. I believe art can always be better is a good rule of thumb, but there are some big differences in the story that may contribute to you feeling that way.
Thank you for your answer.
I'm curious about the point of view of the inker too.
