Question: I know that the format of the images submitted is supposed to be JPEG, buuuuuuuuut...I've been messing around with Flash a lot lately, and I'm considering doing a Flash animation for my entry into this contest. Since the file would easily be under the 200k limit, would that be an acceptable entry, or are animations strictly forbidden?
