In my experience I've found that, as JAB stated, basing it off water is a good start. However, I only use water physics as a base. The trick is to give it some elasticity. (is that the right word?) Basically, keep in mind it sticks.
To get mine "just right" I based it off of Stan Lee's Spiderman comics. Spiderman's webbing is very fluid, but is also elastic and sticky. Just add a little more drip and you've got it! Hmm... This is not as akward as I was thinking it would be. lol
Hey, Veediotartist... (first off, welcome to the forums) I think Jab didn't like basing it off of water. One tends to draw it too drooly and in in long streams, droplets and drips. Cum clumps and builds up. Its thick and chunky and sticks. Think of more like mud... like after you've taken your Bronco off-roading for an afternoon.
Not that I'm very good at it... but... to draw cum shots, you have to draw out a story in your head. The number of shots, the volume, where it came from, how it landed and how it moved over time and where it builds up in cavities. Random shots look messy sometimes (which I fall victim to drawing).
For example, the first stream was a long rope thrown across her cheek and across her nose. Since it was one of the earlier shots, it has drooled down from its original location and down her cheek due to gravity however, since her nose is not as vertical as her cheek it didn't drool as much and stuck to its original landing spot.
