What's great about the clip is just that small detail – with few exceptions, the creatures themselves are not shown in great detail or given screen time – giving fans a sense that the new film will emphasize suspense over shock and emotion over gore. That said, Rodriguez later revealed that there were virtually no kills they didn't bring to life, so to speak, and that he and director Antal were fully exploiting the film's expected R rating, although he suggested some of their efforts might be pared down for the theatrical cut and preserved for a future unrated DVD and Blu-ray release.
In terms of the q&a, Rodriguez took lots of questions about the film from the audience, explaining first and foremost that he wanted the film to be a true sequel to Schwarzenegger's 1987 original, and not merely some spin-off or reimagining that was watered down by the other Predator-related movies.

I hope they don't give it a PG-13 rating... why clean up for kids? The movie would not be the same without the bloody mess. At least they got better actors and Rob Rodriguez producing it. I thought I saw a four-legged version of a Predator too, maybe it was a attack dog type.
AVP sucked big time, I agree. I thought the sequel was way better cuz it seemed like an homage to both Predator and Alien movies.
BTW, did anybody played the game AvP? I was wondering if the MP was any good?

Though there's still things that I'm on the fence about with this movie (Predator Dogs, Predator Birds, and Danny Trejo) as it gets closer and closer, I'm gettin' a little more fired up

I have a hard time comparing Alien and Aliens. Two very, very different movies, with the first catering to the suspense crowd, and the sequal to the action crowd. Two great movies
