Man, even her nipples droop! Gorgeous piece, Bliss. All the detail in the bumpy, warty, scaly textures of her skin (as well as that bony texture of her hooked nail) come through beautifully in the linework. Also looks like some mucousy sliminess oozing from her as well. The stringy hair is perfect for that face too. The lady looks like a creation born of Lord of the Rings and Brothers Grim; or else something out of one of Jabba the Hutt's wet dreams.
