The hard part about doing a jam and keeping it a "jam" is how to balance the rules. Obviously if you have too many rules it takes the fun and imagination out of it and it basically becomes a singular story, however don't instill any rules and all hell breaks loose as we have seen. The Jams are not a perfect medium and to be honest it is something to be done in fun with no obligations attached. You don't like where a jam is headed, you don't wanna draw 100 characters then pace yourself, take it and make it yours. Focus on a certain group, a singular person, a particular story angle and run with it. We've all felt overwhelmed and eventually decide to fade but it has never been said you HAVE to do what everyone else is doing or following the major storylines so I say, keep in mind... have fun!!!

Yeah I read you. The fun part of watching the jam is to see everything coming from left field. It was great to see the crazy directions the stories go.

The biggest problem I found was, if you missed a few days, the story went so fast, it was tough to catch back up and you end up lost...perhaps some sort of update schedule to slow the inflow of pages and give slower artists a chance to participate would be helpful?

Yeah, I hate being one of those slow artist. I always half to be one for detail which takes me forever to draw a page, but it's always fun to be in a jam, not just to be a part of but I always loved who the mysterious artist will take up the next page after you. I always love being part of a jam, missed out on two of them though, and really can't wait to be part of whatever the next one is going to be.

So somebody come up with one soon, or I'll come up with my third installment. ;)

You all may relax your sphincters, I have begun work on the newest Jam, just give me a few days to rough out some pages and establish a starting point for the storyline... or something along those lines!!!

Pot just stole kettle's seat ROFL.

might or might not contribute, nothing plot breaking. kinda like those grumpy old guys from the Muppet.

(PS I meant that in the sense of Guy on Guy. you fella's deserve some Eye-rape (skull fucking anyone?)).

I'm hope LIB, that you'll participate. You'll be getting that artist's "itch" when you get inspired as I'm sure EB is brewing up something saucy for us... unless she's working on "The comic guide to filling out a 2010 R335-B environmental impact form and nostril penetration".

Three beautiful meticulous panels is all we ask. By my calculations it should take 1/3 the time. EB is also meticulous when she works and shades and cross hatches and draws backgrounds... all in three panels. People like Me and Vibor like drawing our full 6up pages and there is no need to feel you need to go to those extremes :)
