Hello, I was wondering if anyone know's of other good sites, that are very active in the "Drawing Jam" type stuff.. I've noticed that, as much as I love this place... It's not very active around here.. Takes day's sometimes weeks to get a reply.. Being a stay at home dad.. I have a lot of free time. I've been trying to "google" my way around, looking for good active drawing jam's.. But I haven't been able to find any good places as of yet.. I found one place that seems very active, "thedrawingboard" but for some reason, after clicking register, and filling out the required fields, nothing.... so I'm at a loss.. Any help, or PM's as of other area's of the web.. Would be very much appreciated.. Thank you.

There used to be a lot of drawing jams going on here but it looks like everyone's a little busy right now. I haven't drawn in months!

I have noticed Jabville has been sorta... slow. I lose internet and my precious Jabville struggles, well let's put an end to this!!! Mad Hatter (my brother for those of you who don't know) has been telling me how quiet it's been and boring, and blah blah blah. I say do something about it and well he adds that it'll just fade away like everything else. As a longtime/term resident of Jabville I have noticed how unlively things have gotten in the past year or so and it irks me. So I'm going to do whatever is in my power to see Jabville thrive again!!! Who's with me? Better say you UrShadow because I'm watching you!!! And God knows Sinope better not be far behind or my foot will be far UP his behind!!! I have been developing plans for more drawing jams and will unveil as soon as possible, oh and as for other sites with drawing jams? I couldn't tell you, Jabville was the pioneer in our prime!!! We can do so again!!!

i was trying to put some pages into the last drawing jam, but putting 8 pages of my art is just a show off, not a jam
i hope we could start a new jam, i have a shotload of ideas but i just don't want to be the onnly guy in it
come on people, u have enough porn, stop downloading and start participating, i'm eager to show how evil is better then a goodie two shoes

... only if you promise to wiggle your toes a bit.
I agree. Its been awfully quiet around here. I see people checking in but not a whole lotta submitting. I think people have a lot of worries these days and Jabville thrives when people have free time to pursue personal interests.
I have a new Little Lorna comic I'm working on as well as a picture series "8 Simple Rule For Fucking My Teenage Daughter".
Just a side note... I'm sick and tired of uploading to Imagebam and tend to post here last because of that. The other two sites I post to had me apply to be one of their community artists and then, when I got accepted, gave me FREE picture hosting to their site. I find that system much easier and convenient.
Not that I do not love it here. This is my preferred place to post... its just a bit of a hassle. Regardless of how much I can't wait to see the JabWiki get some legs, for the next upgrade, I hope that Webs can pick out some artists to give some image hosting to simplify the "giving to the community" process.
I'm working on a pair of projects but you know EB, whatever twisted thing you come up with I'm game (unless its dude's on dudes).

I wouldn't mind getting back into the jams but i can't draw fast/well enough to keep up lol.
And it's kinda tricky for me to start any drawing jams when Vix is going to get booted and replaced with a new girl

I enjoyed the drawing jams too, but after a little while it just got to be too much. There were too many characters and totally unrelated things cuz everyone was just wedging more and more ideas and characters in. That's the point where they lose me.

I agree with ya Karmagik. Same reason I stopped is that it was getting far too difficult to follow what was going on. Who started that damn NewJam thing, anyways?
Doesn't that person believe in some rules?
Well, if Vibor starts page one... I'm more than happy to pound out page 2 and we can see where it goes from there!
If we want a "little" more structure... I'm thinking in order to introduce a new character, you must do a full turnaround and bio sheet for that character.
