WOW!!! The latest page of HOHW is phenomenal and the effects of the batarangs are eyepopping!!! Then the Fusion pages rock with amazing character interplay, a great hero, and terrific artwork, and finally the promo ad is a funny homage that cracks me up!!! What progress and always enjoy the talent you have Sharpie!!!

If you're interested in publication, one of the guys over at Outcaststudios is offering 10 pages of free publication in some sort of collaboration deal. Just check it out and see if it interests you.

Thanks for the heads up. I found a few on-demand comic publishers. Right now I'm working out page-size issues. (I might resize Fusion to traditional comic page size beginning with Issue #3 instead of the 8.5 x 11 in. magazine size I've been doing.) If the costs are what I think they'll be, I might be able to sell issues for $5 (plus shipping). In the meantime, I just thought it'd be fun to have some print copies to give to family and friends (and my local comic shop).
Anyway, I updated the ad to tweak a few things that bothered me (and others that some folks at Outcaststudios pointed out to me). Here's the list of changes:
1. Made Harold's left arm a bit longer.
2. Added the rest of Harold's left leg.
3. Made the sand Fusion's standing on a bit firmer looking.
4. Made Captain Stupendous and Riveter larger in the bottom right corner.
5. Made the "Fusion" title larger (and got rid of the white glow drop shadow, since it's lost on the white background).
6. Moved the space station and shuttles around a bit to help fill in the empty space at the left a bit better (still some empty space, by I didn't want to add any more shuttles since I think any more ion trails would be a bit distracting).
7. I also moved the background image of the Brooder a tad to work better with the moved space station.
Pic is updated in my previous post (post #17).

Great comic pages and ad, Sharp. I only hope I can do something similar with my characters Red, White & Blue and LynX.

Here's the next 4-page update of Fusion #2 (and you get to see page 13 here before I upload it to Drunkduck on Tuesday). This update features cameos from two other artists' characters--Dark Void (copyright and creation of Blind Master) and She-Cat (copyright and creation of Jabville's very own Elysium Bliss--check out her thread for her designs of She-Cat as well as some of her villains, including the here-mentioned Dr. Death). Thanks again to Bliss for approving the look, colors, and dialogue of She-Cat's appearance, as well as letting me use her in the first place!
Here's pages 10-13 of Fusion #2.

Great pages, Sharp, and great characterization job there of having Savuun fangirling to every hero she meets, the same thing I would do if I were her, lol. ('Course I'd be fanboying, especially around She-Cat.

Here's the 2nd to last update for Fusion #2. Only 4 pages to go after this! I already have the first half of Issue #3 scripted, and my outline has rough dialogue for most of the 2nd half, so I'm hoping to have scripting of Issue #3 done sometime next week. I'm also hoping to get a few more pages of "Hell or High Water" done in the next few weeks as well.
Anyway, here's page 14-17 of Fusion #2.
[EDIT--Uploaded a revised page 17--Captain Stupendous was missing the highlights on his cape in the first upload.]

Finally got myself caught up with Fusion #2 and it clearly is a fun read with homages in abundance to the genre. It shows a lot of love and respect to comics in general!!! Oooh now I can;t wait to see what's about to unfold within the next few pages!!! Terrific job bringing Fusion's world to life and again, I'm honored to have had She-Cat make an appearance within this fabulous universe!!! Loving it Sharpie!!!
