Need help on drawing Zoot suits and Sexy girls

Okay this seems rather odd but its for the sake of one of my best friends. One of my friends is looking wants to draw zoot suited characters and Sexy girls. He's doing a graphic novel{Well writing it at the moment} but he wants it to have a 1930's to 50's feel to it, along with a Jab and Bakshi feel to it. So he's trying to draw zoot suited characters along with sexy girls.

So any tips for these? Model sheets or if anything possible would be very helpful.

I think if you google "Flapper Girl" there will be some good material for the women. Men's zoot suits with very wide shoulders and one button tight waists. Wide lapels. Flood pants like MC hammer. Wing tipped shoes and a pimp cap (feather and all).
