I wish you guys wouldn't feel like entering the contest was an uphill battle, the work you all put out really does a lot to display your individual styles. That is part of what makes this site so fantastic.

Erikon - I'm not sure, but personally it looks like Deming is kind of enjoying "sucking up" to the boss man.I have a couple new Marvel/Disney fusions sketched out. I'm gonna try to set aside a little time to do some quick inks on them tomorrow.
Got one new one. Gwen from Total Drama Island/Action. When I finished the sketch I decided to do a really quick ink job on this one. Then after I finished I decided to do a little experimenting and see what the pencil shading would look like with an ink framework... I'm not totally sure how I feel about it, but I think I like it.
I need your help!
I really want to start work on another comic soon, but I really just don't know which one. I have 4 plausible directions to go, so I decided to put up a poll on my artist page to kind of figure out where the most interest lies. Now, I can't say that the winner is guaranteed to be the comic I do, but this poll will certainly help me gauge which concept has the most appeal, which will definitely influence my decision. So, please, head over and vote in the poll. Its set to allow you to vote every 6 hours, so if you feel really strongly about one idea, feel free to come back and vote often.
There's a link to the poll section on my artist page, but you can click here to go directly to the poll.

I suggested Total Drama Action/Island a few weeks ago, and now you drop this absolutely gorgeous piece of Gwen on us, thank you thank you thank you! The ink and shading is the best, giving so much delicious definition and depth. May the gods and muses of art bless you for as long as you hold a pencil Karmagik.
Ok, I will quit gushing like a fan boy now.

Those colors on the Cobra pics are stunning and very well done in my opinion!!! I always knew Cobra was a lot more naughty than the stiffs over at JOE headquarters!!! Don't think it would be all that bad if Cobra succeeded in that World Domination scheme!!!
Both Jasmines are adorable but you've scored some big points with the 2nd version. The inks in her hair add some serious contrast to the pic and catches the eye more easily, and adequately than the other. Again very well done!!! I'm never disappointed when I visit your thread... well except when there isn't anything new to drool over!!!
Gwen turned out hot!!! The shading adds a lot more depth and gives the picture a real feeling of completion. If you decided not to color this one it would be ok and strong enough to feel finished. But do color!!! Do color!!!

Harley Quinn - Still feels weird calling you that. Well, thanks for all the kind words about all the pics. I hope I continue to keep you drooling. I don't feel that great about my Cheerleader pic. I didn't feel that great about it to begin with, but your entry doesn't help my confidence. I now wish I would have gone with a style more in my normal vein of drawing instead of the more cartoony look, but that was just what I was feelin' at the time.
Ok, so I got off my ass and colored my Cheerleader pic.
And I did a couple new Marvel Disney fusions. First, Peg from Goof Troop as Black Widow. Second, Agent K from the Replacements as White Queen. I also did some very quick coloring jobs on them... just some flat colors.

Erikon - Thanks man. I've been doing a lot more cartoon type stuff lately, so that side of things is starting to feel a bit more natural. Of course, my first love will always be comic book style stuff.
Here's a couple of new things. First up, the last two pics for the Cadet Deming, Cobra Commander and Scarlett commission series. At this point, Scarlett has been completely broken and has become Cobra's willing love slave. Colors to come shortly.
And, just wanted to share a quick sketch I did for my buddy over on WWOEC. Yesterday was his birthday and this is his character Zulana. Just a quick sketch.

Erikon - Sometimes, when you get excited at a surprise party... things get bouncy. It happens. And while Scarlett may be fitting in with her new friends, I'm not sure all of her new friends will fit into Scarlett.... Ba-Zinga!
Here's a short comic I was commissioned to do. I don't imagine most people will recognize the characters, but they are apparently from a very popular European comic called Suske and Wiske. The client wanted me to post the final version around a bit, in an effort to maybe inspire a few others to possibly makes some adult material for these characters. I don't know if I can really inspire anyone, but I'm more than happy to share what I got!
The characters appear younger in the comic strips and have a pretty simplistic style and design. I was asked to age them a bit and show their first sexual adventure, where the mischievous Wiske inadvertently arouses Suske and then their "Aunt" Sidonia kind of guides them through their sexual adventure. And the last panel is spoof on a common ending of the comics where Wiske winks at the viewer... Hope you like it, even if you don't recognize the characters.

Sickpuppy - I like it. You definitely have a good starting point. You color choices are really good, which is often a difficult thing for a lot of people. The shading on her skin is really good, and I like that you turned some of the interior body lines a color closer to her skin tone. The only major thing I see wrong is that some of the colors don't run right up to the lines, especially in the hair. If you put the line-art as a top layer, set it to "Multiply" and then color on a layer beneath, you should be able to color in any of those spots without damaging the lines.
So, Halloween is tomorrow, and I just had to do a pic for it. I was having trouble coming up with an idea for it. I was also having trouble coming up with an idea for a Poison Ivy pic (who won my last poll). Then I decided to merge the two, and I came up with this. Hope you like it!
