Okay, one last thing. Going back and looking through this issue it's really struck me that the quality of coloring, lettering, inking and line art here is freaking above top notch. This shit is better than most marvel comics I've picked up in the past few years. This reminds me of some of the stuff Liquid! has done with their coloring. Not quite as flashy, though it wouldn't fit to have freaking lens flair bouncing around. The characters are so fluently expressive in each panel, with such tiny nuances it's incredible. There isn't a weak detail to any of the work. Any panel could stand up on it's own as a full blown pinup. And though the background isn't especially remarkable, I'm glad it's that way. I don't want elaborate sinks and cluttered counter tops competing for attention with the hot ladies.

I keep wishing that this is just another one of Wong's wet dreams, but there is little hope left for that now.

I think JAB missed a big opportunity to do something different instead of turning MHAN into another incest-based story line. It's too bad that JAB couldn't have left the central characters of Wong and Sharona up to Steve to direct as he envisioned when he came up with MHAN and kept him involved with this story and the site in general. He may have had plans to have Wong and Sharona fuck each other when both were actually aware of the fact and wrapped the whole thing up in some way. Where is it written that all of these stories have to be open-ended serials anyway?

When I first saw MHAN, I had absolutely no desire to see any of the other family members fucking anyone or anything, least of all each other. Although I haven't seen the full size version of this issue, I'm sure JAB has turned most of the supporting characters into something worth watching. I just wish Wong's and Sharona's families could have stayed the strict, straight-laced and puritanical parents around their kids that they seemed to be at the outset, then spun off into hypocritical swingers, fucking all the other families and teachers in the PTA and maybe, some time down the line, Wong and Sharona could have discovered their parent's activities and joined in, if you wanted to keep the story line going.

I'll be looking forward to seeing how it turns out in a couple months when I subscribe again (JAB's artwork is too hard to resist), but I'll be missing Steve's input when I do.

I couldn't agree with you more. I prefer the Steve's point of view. But I think that there's no reason to mantain this discussion. It's a pity, I know, but Jab have already made the changes, so the only thing we can do is to enjoy the comic with its new story line.
We can't forget that behind the comic there's a hard work, and is more positive to admit that this issue is being great.
