that pain is the feeling of your intestines sticking together as they try and pulse food through them. all that candy has gooed up your insides, so instead of just contracting and releasing to move food through them, your guts have to strain to seperate. for a good analogy take a condom and cut the end off and put a marble in it, you can pinch one end of the condom and then pull the condom through your pinched fingers, the marble will fall out since it cant fit thorugh your fingers. after the marble is out, the condom still has its tube like shape and you could repeat this process real easy, one marble after the other. But replace the marble with honey, and after the first time it becomes much harder to get the comdom back into its original tube shape, the inside surface is all stuck to itself and wont seperate easily. thats what is happening to your guts :P
