This is a legitmate question.. and not meant to be an insult to your work (though I fail to see how one could not take it as an insult... so... sorry in advance)... but...is that character supposed to be a woman?

Roman .. for some reason this makes me think more druidic than vampiric ... Good pic... I like the trees and the fact that you have her entering the water.
The anatomy (specifically the torso and waist) is a little off, but hey you dont get better by NOT trying.
If you want to move your art along spend a little time with some photo references (like softcore internet nudes or comic books, magazines etc) and just pay attention to where the ribs end and the waist begins, etc. Also, for what you are trying to show as an elegant woman the arms and legs have a little bit of a "buff" appearance(and i dont mean nude!). To show a delicate woman, the arms and legs should be slender and mostly straight (with a slight curve and narrowing to wrists and ankles).
Anyway, I like your idea and the pic is a good one.

yes, what makes you ask?
because.. (as meph said) your anatomy is off. This character does not look like a female... so I wanst sure if this was supposed to be a man or woman.
